Hello, My name is Kushal Jha, and I am a doctoral student at Oklahoma State University doing my degree in Learning, Design, and Technology. I currently work as a teaching specialist at the Institute for Teaching and Learning Excellence (ITLE) at Oklahoma State University. As a teaching specialist, I work on various projects related to Faculty Development and Human Performance Technology (HPT).
I am motivated to learn about incorporating various technologies and tools to enhance education. Most of my research is focused on understanding and evaluating emerging educational technologies and spaces, mobile learning, micro-learning, instructional design, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality.

Technology has remodeled and influenced many aspects of people's lives. Electronic devices are not additional but are becoming the basic need for everyone. Every individual is attached to their electronic devices, and they prefer to confine themselves in a bubble so that they can use technology without any interruption.
