With a Ph.D. in Learning, Design, and Technology from Oklahoma State University, I specialize in creating scalable, high-impact learning solutions that combine instructional theory, technology integration, and human-centered design. Design Philosophy
My design approach is rooted in evidence-based frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, UDL, and Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation. I bring deep expertise in designing eLearning modules, blended courses, onboarding programs, and faculty training workshops using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Canvas LMS.
